Which cookies are freshly baked at Dutch markets?

At Dutch markets, you’ll mainly find freshly baked stroopwafels, poffertjes, and kniepertjes. Stroopwafels are prepared there directly on the waffle iron. Exactly how we do it in our shop in Alkmaar.
